Spring Break 2010

This year for Spring Break, we headed to my parents place in Biloxi for a little much needed R&R. It was a girls only trip, and we had lots of fun! Maggie had so much fun being entertained constantly by her sweet cousins, Belle, and CC. The weather could not have been more perfect, and we took full advantage! Maggie and I met the rest of the family down there on Saturday-lucky for us, we arrived just in time for the annual St. Patrick's parade.

Anna Claire really got into saying, "Hey Mister, throw me some beads." Let me tell you, they came home with hundreds of beads, coins, and trinkets!



At one point in the week, we loaded Maggie up with 1/10 of the beads we got, and she could literally not stand up-she loved those necklaces-they provided hours and hours of entertainment for all of them!



I love this picture of the three of them-it's so hard to get a good one of all three, but they were loving life at this particular moment!



Caroline enjoyed the icees provided by a kind woman at the condo...I can't say I blame her!



This was Maggie and her Belle at the beginning of the parade...she wasn't too sure of the loud music and wild floats, but she eventually warmed up-she was jumping up and down by the end of the parade saying, "Beads, Beads." She had a BLAST!





One of the girls' favorite activities over the last few trips has been playing "Ring around the Rosie." Maggie will do it over and over forever if you'll let her-it wears me out! This is the girls doing it in the empty baby pool at the condo-hilarious!





Other than that, we spent a TON of time at the park-we literally went every day and tried several new parks in the area...we played, picnicked, ran, jumped, slid, and had a ball. Sorry to bombard with you tons of pictures, but there were just too many good ones thanks to my personal photographer, Courtney!





Caroline, who has never been a good napper, literally got so relaxed swinging that she fell asleep...who does that in the middle of the park? We were cracking up!




Chocolate Chip Cookies at the park...does it get any better??






Then, we headed to the beach in Ocean Springs...Anna Claire did a little laying out! She is such a grown up in her Hannah Montana shades!



While the little ones did a little more "Ring Around the Rosie."
