Play Date at the Zoo

Maggie's class from school has formed a summer playgroup...it has been a great way to keep our sanity while MDO is out for the summer! About 7 kids have joined and we have really enjoyed our meetings so far. Today, we met at the zoo. They were all over the place, so a group picture was virtually impossible...and there were only THREE kids there today!

Maggie with her "cool cat shades" at the zoo...she cracks me up because she has learned to rest them on top of her head like her mama...she prefers having them there to having them on her eyes...what a diva!



Watching the sea lion show...sea lions are my favorites!



Maggie, however, preferred walking the bleachers to watching the sea lions...she does NOT get that from me!

Then, we headed to the splash park for a chance to cool off! They had so much fun. There was no chance I was going to get any group shots here-they were all over the place like little ants marching.








We ran into the ladies that are going to teach them next fall...we love our school, and we LOVE our teachers...I'm not going to wish away the summer at all because it is my very favorite time of year, but bring on the fall!
