Trip to the Petting Zoo

Recently, we invited my friend Katie and her little boy, Weaver, to join us for our first visit to the Oak Mountain Petting Zoo. It was GREAT! We had so much fun-they got to pet horses, goats, donkeys, and chickens. Maggie loved chasing the animals but wasn't too interested once they paid her any attention, but Weaver couldn't get enough of them...there are a few precious pictures of him "loving" the animals! They even got to feed the goats! Maggie, however, preferred eating the goat food to sharing it...she isn't a picky eater at all...HA! Both of the children were butted by the goats, but they handled it beautifully. All in all, we had a wonderful time, and truly look forward to going again soon.
