This year, we had big, last minute plans to go to Biloxi with my sister for the Fourth, and we ended up finding a house that week! So, in the midst of the inspection, negotiation, etc, we opted for a quiet weekend at home. It was SO nice to be here and be quiet! We ate a lot of food, swam, exercised, and had a blast. That night, we headed over to downtown Homewood with Kurt and Elizabeth to enjoy some entertainment and fireworks. What a fun time we had!
We checked out all of the rides...Mags about had a stroke to ride one that spun you around in circles really fast...no thanks! She ended up settling to watch it from the street, and watch she did!
She did a little bit of dancing in the street...that child loves to dance, and lucky for her, she has more rhythm than Robby and I combined.
As for the fireworks, we weren't sure what to expect as she hated them last year! This year, however, was a different story! She loved them-she tried desperately to catch them!

This is the last picture that I took that night-it was after 10 and look how happy she was! This cup of ice was highly entertaining! I am always amazed that my not-even-two-year-old can stay up so late and remain so happy...as long as she is busy! When she crashed that night, she crashed hard!

Thanks to the Fillebaum's for yet another Fabulous Foufa!
