In addition to discovering the Exersaucer, some other 4 month milestones are:
Hands-Maggie has finally begun to realize that she can grab anything she wants with those hands, and let me tell you, she has a death grip on just about everything she grabs...she loves to pull hair, punch her bottle during feedings, grab paper, food, whatever else is in my hands when I am holding her. She'll still grab onto your fingers, which I love!
Toes-she's really discovered her toes this month, and she loves to lay on her back and grab her toes-so long socks and shoes as she loves to pull those off too!
Ears-she had her first ear infection a few weeks ago-very sad...she absolutely HATED her antibiotic and used those precious hands to bat the syringe out of her mouth-being the dramatic baby that she is, she gagged about 50% of the time-drama, drama, drama! In addition to the ear infection, she had a nasty cold and a deep cough-so sad to watch!
Rolling Over-has done it from belly to back but not back to belly-she doesn't like to perform on demand, so we've only been able to get her to do it for us three times, but each morning when we get her out of her crib, we find she's rolled over from her belly to her back-that is when I wish we had a video monitor on her!

Laughs and Smiles-loves to laugh and smile at everyone we see! She truly is such a friendly baby-still extremely alert and loves to be around all people.
Talking-what can I say, she gets it honestly...she's been talking for a while now, but it seems like this month, it's gotten more and more frequent as well as more and more loud! Like I said, she gets that trait honestly, but she is constantly talking!
Rice Cereal-she is loving the stuff now and has quite a healthy appetite for it! We like to sit her in her Bumbo when feeding her, and she will literally do a nosedive to get to that spoon...the thicker the better for her because she is quite the messy eater! It is still so funny to watch!
Crawling-while she is not crawling yet, she is certainly making headway in that area...she loves to play on her Boppy, and inevitably, she will hurdle over it to move onto the next task...when she's on the floor on her belly, she does a little bit of commando crawling, but overall, she's just not there yet!
Teeth-still don't have them, but I strongly believe she's been teething for the past two months! Everything that goes in her hands goes into her mouth and the drooling has gotten more and more heavy. You can only see into her mouth when she cries, but there are two white spots on the bottom that lead me to believe they are on the verge of breaking through! Other than that-she is still in constant motion, generally very happy, and tremendously laid back! We are truly lucky to have a sweet and precious baby that brings so much joy and excitement to our lives...can you tell I am a bit biased!!!
